John Wilcox
John Wilcox CAHP is the founder/principal of the award winning studio, vitreous glassworks. He is a professional artisan/glazier/conservator dedicated to architectural glass with over three decades of experience. Starting in the1980’s at R. McCausland, john learned from other artisans whom in turn were handed down the knowledge handed down since establishment in 1856. John’s firm, Vitreous Glassworks, has successfully created, conserved & consulted for many hundreds of windows over the last quarter century. john combines a solid and ever expanding education in glass art, architecture and craft with a competent familiarity of methods & materials. John’s unique skill set is rooted in a deep respect for cultural heritage and adheres to internationally recognized best practices.
